Environmental Statement

In 2010, we decided to introduce an Environmental Management System and to have it certified according to EMAS III and later also to DIN ISO 14001 as a first step in establishing a comprehensive, integrated Management System. The objective of this Environmental Management System is to foster the environmental awareness of all staff in our company and to contribute to continual improvement of our internal environmental protection. Environmental protection consciously practised within our company implies the commitment of each employee. Any nonconformities concerning environmental issues can mainly be detected at their sources by the responsible specialists who can make corresponding suggestions to overcome or eliminate them. In this connection, aspects of safety at work will also be adequately taken into consideration. An environmental management system will only make sense if environmental concern has an influence on daily work all over our company to as great an extent as possible and in a practical way.
